My new favorite healthy treat is fruit and yogurt parfait. It has layers of fresh fruit, creamy vanilla Greek yogurt, and crunchy almond granola. Is your mouth watering yet? This makes a great breakfast and or snack and it is only four ingredients.

Fresh Fruit
Layer your glass with fresh fruit like strawberries and blueberries. Or use any fresh fruit you like. I like to slice the strawberries into thin pieces. This way each bite you can capture the full taste of the fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola.
Yogurt
There are so many different yogurts you can choose from. Flavored, low fat, sugar-free, and so on. I like to use Vanilla Greek Yogurt for my Yogurt Parfait. Greek Yogurt. Greek Yogurt has less sugar and is high in protein. Whichever yogurt you decide to use, make sure you pay attention to the ingredients and nutritional information.
Granola
By adding granola to your parfait it adds a delicious crunch that completes this recipe. You want to make sure you read the nutritional information of the granola you choose. Again, some granola isn’t the best for you. So pay attention to that.
Fruit and Yogurt Parfait Ingredients
You only need four ingrentients to make this delicious recipe.

Reta
Hey, I am thinking about making this but could i just ask How much grams is the yogurt tub and how much cups would it make around?
Amy Tinnin
Hi Reta,
The Greek Yogurt I used is 180 calories for 1 cup. For the Vanilla Almond Agave Granola 1/2 cup (50 g) is 200 calories. The bowl I am using is pretty large which is great for having company over for dessert. Hope that helps some. 🙂
